We trade as Capture 1 and also operate The WhatsApp Guys brand.

These terms cover use of the website and Capture 1’s own free reports, demonstrations and website-linked WhatsApp experiences only. The paid services we provide to clients are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other contract between us and that client.

6Capture 1 WhatsApp journeys

You choose to enter these journeys by messaging us, clicking a WhatsApp link or button, or scanning a QR code.

Where we offer ongoing WhatsApp updates or marketing, that is a separate choice from receiving the report, demo or information you originally requested.

Some Capture 1 demonstrations and WhatsApp journeys use structured automation, AI-assisted responses or a combination of automation and live human support.

AI and automated responses are provided to demonstrate or support a communication journey and may not always be complete or suitable for a specific real-world decision.

We may change, suspend or withdraw a demonstration or automated journey at any time.
